An order cannot be edited or canceled after fulfillment. If you need to change or cancel an order before fulfillment, please contact us here immediately. Please note that we cannot guarantee any changes to your order.

Items purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of faulty or damaged items.

All items undergo comprehensive quality control and are checked for faults and damage before sending them to customers. Should you receive an item not in perfect condition, don’t hesitate to contact us immediately.

Returns or exchanges outside seven days of receipt of defective merchandise may be accepted at the sole discretion of XYSLE INC..

We will offer to issue a replacement for the item. If this is not possible, or not what you prefer, we will issue a refund.

Shipping, tax, and duties’ costs on faulty or damaged items/replacements will not be charged after the initial delivery.
